Some products offered by Botanique Paris may be available as a subscription or pre-order. This policy explains how these purchase options work and how you can manage, modify, or cancel them.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription from Botanique Paris, you are enrolling in an automatically recurring delivery service. You will receive repeat deliveries of your selected product based on the duration and frequency you choose at checkout, such as every 30, 60, or 90 days. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged automatically for each scheduled delivery unless you choose to prepay. The recurring charge will include the product price plus any applicable taxes and shipping fees unless otherwise stated at checkout. Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their selected term.

Cancellations

 

Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order with Botanique Paris, you are purchasing a product that is currently out of stock or scheduled for future release. We may collect full payment, partial payment, or store your payment method at checkout and charge the remaining balance once the item becomes available and is ready for fulfillment. You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been processed or fulfilled. If the order has already been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return or refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.

365-Day Standard Return Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund within 365 days of your delivery date, subject to the following:

  • Consistent product usage for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks, following recommended instructions.
  • Clear before and after photos demonstrating lack of improvement despite proper use.
  • For subscription customers: refund eligibility applies only to the most recent eligible order. Previous shipments, historical orders, or products already consumed are not eligible.

Please note: Refunds to your original payment method are only available for requests submitted within 6 months (180 days) of purchase. Approved requests submitted after 6 months will be issued as store credit. Store credit does not expire and can be applied to any future purchase.

Customers are entitled to a full refund if no visible improvement to the darkness of the undereye area is observed after 365 consecutive days of use. To qualify, you simply need to show that you used the product as recommended for 7 consecutive days — one short usage video and 7 daily photos with timestamps. All customers are automatically eligible for this guarantee upon purchase; no additional purchase is necessary.
