Cancellation policy
Some products offered by Botanique Paris may be available as a subscription, pre-order, or try before you buy. This policy explains how these purchase options work and how you can manage, modify, or cancel them.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription from Botanique Paris, you are enrolling in an automatically recurring delivery service. You will receive repeat deliveries of your selected product based on the duration and frequency you choose at checkout, such as every 30, 60, or 90 days. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged automatically for each scheduled delivery unless you choose to prepay. The recurring charge will include the product price plus any applicable taxes and shipping fees unless otherwise stated at checkout. Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their selected term.
Cancellations
You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time before your next billing date. To manage your subscription, you may use the link provided in your order confirmation email or log into your customer account. You may also contact our support team at support@botaniqueparis.com for assistance. Cancellation will stop future recurring charges but will not apply to orders that have already been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be canceled. If your subscription includes a minimum commitment period, cancellation may not be permitted until the required billing cycles have been completed.
Pre-Orders
When you place a pre-order with Botanique Paris, you are purchasing a product that is currently out of stock or scheduled for future release. We may collect full payment, partial payment, or store your payment method at checkout and charge the remaining balance once the item becomes available and is ready for fulfillment. You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been processed or fulfilled. If the order has already been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return or refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Try Before You Buy
If Botanique Paris offers a try before you buy option, we may authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a specified evaluation period to decide whether to keep the product. If the item is not returned within the stated trial period, your payment method will be charged for the full purchase amount.
