Shipping and Delivery Policy

We ship our products to most countries worldwide. Although we aim to deliver goods within the time frame we specify, we cannot provide any guarantee or accept liability for deliveries outside this time frame. Because we rely on third party shipping companies to facilitate our customers' deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out-of-pocket costs or other costs resulting from delayed deliveries.

Orders usually ship within 1-2 days of placing the order. The shipping time is stated on the checkout page because the delivery time depends on the region and weight. Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and the weight of the order. The shipping cost is non-refundable as it is collected directly by the courier.

If you’d like to receive your order sooner, you have the option to upgrade your shipping for an additional fee. Please keep in mind that unexpected delays beyond our control (such as customs processing, weather conditions, labor disruptions, or holiday-related congestion) may still occur. Shipping upgrade fees are non-refundable.

We are not liable for deliveries affected by customs, natural events, courier errors, strikes, delays, nor for any additional costs, customs fees or back-end charges. No refunds will be given for these circumstances. If the courier did not deliver the order correctly and/or the tracking number shows that the order was incomplete, the only way we can resolve this is to reship the order.

IMPORTANT:

We are not responsible if a package cannot be delivered due to missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. We do not provide refunds for packages Returned to Sender for any reason. 

Please enter correct shipping information at checkout. If shipping information is not entered correctly before your item ships, we are not responsible for the lost or misdelivered package. 

If you realize you have made an error in your shipping information, please email us as soon as possible at support@botaniqueparis.com. If the package has already been shipped, a reshipment fee will be applicable in order to reship the package to the amended address.

 


Terms for 120-Day Standard Return Guarantee

We believe fully in the effectiveness of our products and devices. Our guarantee is a reflection of our confidence in your potential results. The intention of our policy is to ensure your satisfaction and progress. Your improvement is our number one priority.

If you're not completely satisfied with your Botanique Paris purchase, you can return it within 120 days of the package delivery date for a refund. Here’s how it works:

  • Request a Return: Email us at support@botaniqueparis.com to get started. This is required.

  • Documentation: To qualify for a refund, we require simple documentation to confirm proper and consistent use of the device. This also helps us identify anything that may be affecting your results so we can guide you effectively.

    Here’s what you need to submit:

    • One (1) usage video

      A short 5-minute video demonstrating how you use the device each session.

      We review this to make sure the technique, gel application, and placement are correct, so we can help you get the best results before moving to refund approval.

    • Seven (7) consecutive daily photos

      A total of 7 photos, taken on 7 consecutive days, each with a timestamp (date & time).

      These photos allow us to check progress and confirm consistent daily use. All documentation must be sent within the 120-day return period.


    • Consistent Effort: The videos must demonstrate consistent use of the product as instructed, including the use of any oil-free gel/serums as required. Your commitment to the proper instructed use of the product is a critical part of this guarantee.

  • No Visible Improvement: If, after 30 consecutive days, there is no visible improvement in the appearance of your dark circles or eyebags as per the submitted videos, you qualify for a full refund upon the return of the product.

  • Returning Your Order: Upon approval of the return request, you are responsible for creating your own return label, and for all return shipping fees. All original items included with your purchase must be returned.

    • Return Tracking: Please provide a valid tracking number via email once the return package has been shipped

    • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue an approved refund to your original method of payment.

Note: The entire video documentation process and the shipping of the return package must be completed within the 120-day window from the date the package was delivered. The package does not need to be received by our team within that timeframe, but it must be shipped prior to the deadline date in order to qualify for a refund.

To maintain the integrity of our refund policy, we require certain conditions to be met before issuing a refund. Unfortunately, some individuals may attempt to misuse our policy by claiming that the device is ineffective. However, the effectiveness of our products is dependent on consistent and proper use. As a result, we have established these requirements to ensure fairness and prevent policy abuse. We appreciate your understanding.

Damaged Product Policy

If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, customers are entitled to a complimentary (no cost) replacement device within 120 days of the order being delivered. This policy does not cover any user damage, or damage/defect caused by water damage, dropping the device, or other user-caused damages. 

Photo and/or video evidence clearly demonstrating the issue is required for approval. It is important to ensure the video evidence clearly demonstrates use of the product as instructed (including the use of any additional products such as oil-free gel/serum). Refunds are not available. Please send your request to support@botaniqueparis.com.

Note: Reimbursement or replacements of any kind cannot be requested after 120 days of the package being delivered.

Lifetime Warranty Policy

Customers are entitled to a replacement at no cost for issues related to product damage, device malfunctions, or manufacturer defects. To process a warranty claim, we require clear photo or video evidence to verify the issue; a product return is not required. Once the issue is confirmed, we will promptly issue the requested replacement. The Lifetime Warranty does not expire, and can be used as many times as needed pertaining to the original order.

This policy is offered on our website for an extra cost, must be purchased on the same day as the original order in order to apply. The Policy covers only the items in the order that the Policy is purchased with. 

Same Day Processing and Shipping Protection

Our standard order processing time is 2–3 business days. Customers who purchase this upgrade are guaranteed that their order will be shipped within 24 hours of placement. Please note that this guarantee applies only to the processing time from order placement to dispatch and does not affect the estimated delivery timeframe.

This upgrade also ensures the package will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Packages confirmed to be lost in transit or returned to sender due to carrier error are eligible for a complimentary reshipment. 

Packages returned to sender due to customer errors, such as providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, are not covered by this protection. In such cases, a shipping fee will be required for reshipment.

This upgrade is non-refundable.

"Banish Dark Circles in 120 Days or It's Free" Guarantee

Customers are entitled to a full refund if no visible improvement to the darkness of the undereye area is observed after 120 consecutive days of use. 

To qualify, you simply need to show that you used the product as recommended for 7 consecutive days. This includes submitting one short usage video and 7 daily photos with timestamps, which help us understand your routine and support you throughout the process.You can find the full guidelines under “Terms for 120-Day Standard Return Guarantee.”

All customers are automatically eligible for this guarantee upon purchase; no additional purchase is necessary.
