Shipping policy
This policy applies to all purchases made on botaniqueparis.com, operated by Brale Brands, 177 E Colorado Blvd, Pasadena, CA 91105, United States, doing business as Botanique Paris. For questions, contact us at support@botaniqueparis.com.
We ship our products to most countries worldwide. Although we aim to deliver goods within the time frame we specify, we cannot provide any guarantee or accept liability for deliveries outside this time frame. Because we rely on third party shipping companies to facilitate our customers' deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out-of-pocket costs or other costs resulting from delayed deliveries.
Orders usually ship within 1-2 days of placing the order. The shipping time is stated on the checkout page because the delivery time depends on the region and weight. Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and the weight of the order. The shipping cost is non-refundable as it is collected directly by the courier.
If you'd like to receive your order sooner, you have the option to upgrade your shipping for an additional fee. Please keep in mind that unexpected delays beyond our control (such as customs processing, weather conditions, labor disruptions, or holiday-related congestion) may still occur. Shipping upgrade fees are non-refundable.
We are not liable for deliveries affected by customs, natural events, courier errors, strikes, or delays, nor for any additional costs, customs fees, or back-end charges. No refunds will be given for these circumstances. If the courier did not deliver the order correctly and/or the tracking number shows that the order was incomplete, the only way we can resolve this is to reship the order.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package cannot be delivered due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do not provide refunds for packages Returned to Sender for any reason. Please enter correct shipping information at checkout. If shipping information is not entered correctly before your item ships, we are not responsible for the lost or misdelivered package.
If you realize you have made an error in your shipping information, please email us as soon as possible at support@botaniqueparis.com. If the package has already been shipped, a reshipment fee will be applicable in order to reship the package to the amended address.
365-Day Standard Return Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products and want to ensure you have enough time to experience meaningful results.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for our 365-Day Standard Return Guarantee, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund under our Standard Return Guarantee:
- Your request must be submitted within 365 days of the delivery date of your order.
- You must demonstrate consistent product usage for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks, following the recommended usage instructions.
- You must provide clear before and after photos that reasonably demonstrate lack of improvement despite proper and consistent use.
Subscription Orders
For customers enrolled in a subscription program, please note:
- Refund eligibility applies only to the most recent eligible order.
- Previous subscription shipments, historical orders, or products already consumed are not eligible for refunds under this policy.
- Subscription customers must still meet the 12-week consistent usage requirement to qualify.
Return Process
If your request is approved:
- The product may need to be returned to us before a refund is processed.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and return label fees, unless otherwise required by law.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
Refund vs. Store Credit: Due to payment processing system limitations, refunds to the original payment method are only available for requests submitted within 6 months (180 days) of the original purchase date. For approved requests submitted between 6 months and 365 days of purchase, we will issue store credit for the full eligible amount. Store credit does not expire and can be applied to any future purchase on our website.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility requirements outlined above, including insufficient proof of consistent usage or misuse of the product.

Damaged Product Policy
If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, customers are entitled to a complimentary (no cost) replacement device within 365 days of the order being delivered. This policy does not cover any user damage, or damage/defect caused by water damage, dropping the device, or other user-caused damages.
Photo and/or video evidence clearly demonstrating the issue is required for approval. It is important to ensure the video evidence clearly demonstrates use of the product as instructed (including the use of any additional products such as oil-free gel/serum). Refunds are not available. Please send your request to support@botaniqueparis.com.
Note: Reimbursement or replacements of any kind cannot be requested after 365 days of the package being delivered.
Lifetime Warranty Policy
Customers are entitled to a replacement at no cost for issues related to product damage, device malfunctions, or manufacturer defects. To process a warranty claim, we require clear photo or video evidence to verify the issue; a product return is not required. Once the issue is confirmed, we will promptly issue the requested replacement. The Lifetime Warranty does not expire, and can be used as many times as needed pertaining to the original order.
This policy is offered on our website for an extra cost, must be purchased on the same day as the original order in order to apply. The Policy covers only the items in the order that the Policy is purchased with.
Same Day Processing and Shipping Protection
Our standard order processing time is 2–3 business days. Customers who purchase this upgrade are guaranteed that their order will be shipped within 24 hours of placement. Please note that this guarantee applies only to the processing time from order placement to dispatch and does not affect the estimated delivery timeframe.
This upgrade also ensures the package will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Packages confirmed to be lost in transit or returned to sender due to carrier error are eligible for a complimentary reshipment.
Packages returned to sender due to customer errors, such as providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, are not covered by this protection. In such cases, a shipping fee will be required for reshipment.
This upgrade is non-refundable.
"Banish Dark Circles in 365 Days or It's Free" Guarantee
Customers are entitled to a full refund if no visible improvement to the darkness of the undereye area is observed after 365 consecutive days of use.
To qualify, you simply need to show that you used the product as recommended for 7 consecutive days. This includes submitting one short usage video and 7 daily photos with timestamps, which help us understand your routine and support you throughout the process.You can find the full guidelines under “Terms for 365-Day Standard Return Guarantee.”
All customers are automatically eligible for this guarantee upon purchase; no additional purchase is necessary.
