Use the Brightening Cream first, UnderGlow™ second, then apply deodorant or moisturizer. Save strong exfoliants/retinoids for off-days (not the same session).
Can I use it on the bikini line?
Yes—on external skin only (not mucosa). Keep Heat low, EMS low/off if tender, and use 3–5 min per side.
I don’t feel the EMS—what should I do?
EMS needs moist skin and good contact. Apply a thin layer of cream, keep the head flush/close, hold the handle to complete the circuit, then increase from L1 as comfortable.
Is it waterproof? How do I clean it?
Not waterproof. Unplug, then wipe the head/body with a soft cloth or paper towel. Do not rinse.
Who should avoid EMS?
